Each unit receives 100% in-process and final testing. Our efficient and well-managed operations deliver a better-made transformer faster and more economically, because at Sigma, quality and service come first.

We at Sigma take pride in the service we give our customers because we know that, in addition to wanting quality products, you want your orders handled efficiently and your shipments made promptly. Experienced sales representatives will work with you, providing assistance and advice.

Sigma has U.L. approved insulation systems for meeting any requirements: class A through H (the full temperature spectrum). We also build to VDE(European) and CSA (Canadian) Standards and to Mil-specifications.

Our Quality standards are rigorously enforced by a Quality Control organization, which reports directly to the company president. All quality control equipment is calibrated according to a predetermined periodic schedule utilizing standards, which are traceable to the United States Bureau of Standards.

• Prototype development and production are usually accomplished in a matter of days, depending on availability of materials. Our proprietary design software eliminates approximations and guesswork, enabling us to provide prototypes that work right the first time.
• Sigma's staff continually researches new concepts and developments in materials technology to provide you with a better and more efficient transformer.
• We at Sigma embrace a "follow-through" policy on your transformer from design to production of the complete unit.
